Hey there, I'm Taylor... a yoga teacher, movement coach, and creator of trainings and retreat experiences

Phew! That is a mouthful.. but I wouldn't have it any other way. My extensive training background has lead me to a multi-faceted and unique approach to how I guide my students and clients through movement.

I discovered yoga at a challenging time in my life when I was navigating some intense trauma. I took to many different forms of "numbing" to feel alive. Yoga in many ways brought me back to life and awakened a spark of joy within me that I had been missing.

I swiftly dove into as many trainings and modalities as I could, to know more about this magical practice of movement. Over the past 10+ years I've accrued over 2,000 hours of training that have given me a powerful new perspective on movement... that just one style of movement doesn't always cut it. A holistic approach to movement is necessary in order to get strong, flexible, and prevent injury.

I now passionately teach from a strength-based perspective incorporating yoga, contortion, weight lifting, and drill work into my privates, courses, and trainings.

Life is one big party and I'm here to spread that joy and enthusiasm through the gifts of yoga, movement, and adventure. I wholeheartedly believe that movement should be FUN, vibrant, and challenging. That finding the edge of how far we can go should be hard but should also feel SO good.
