This 4-week program takes you beyond static wall holds and into the art of balance. You’ll learn how to float away from the wall with control, refine shapes like tuck and straight, and develop the awareness needed to transition between them.
Each session ranging 30-40 mins (3x/week) sharpens your strength, precision, and body control so the wall becomes a training partner instead of a crutch.
The goal: use the wall to unlock your first 10 second balance, setting the stage for a fully freestanding handstand.
