It varies by program, but most of the training inside the app is designed to use very minimal equipment — if any at all. Many exercises can also be modified using everyday household items.

Here are a few optional tools that can be helpful:

• Exercise band – for shoulder mobility and pull-strength work
• Dumbbells (10–15 lbs) – or any heavy household objects
• Mat – for floor work
• Blocks – or any stable object for support and balance
• Elevated surface – a box, bench, couch, or bed
• Pull-up bar – or anything safe to hang from (alternatives are provided)

Each program is a little different, but most movements can be easily modified depending on what you have available.
