This four-week, self-paced training program is designed to build real strength, control, and confidence on your hands.
Through focused drills and technique-based sessions, you’ll develop the fundamentals that make a handstand feel solid and repeatable. Whether you’re brand new to handstands or rebuilding from the ground up, this program gives you the tools to make progress that sticks.
Training is structured around three sessions per week, each lasting 30–45 minutes, allowing you to build capacity consistently without overwhelm.
The program establishes the foundation required before progressing into more advanced balance and freestanding handstand work.
