Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription from a web browser (changes can’t be processed inside the app). From your account settings, you can update your payment method, change plans, or cancel your subscription.

To manage your subscription: 

  1. Open a web browser and log in to your account

  2. Go to Profile / Account Settings 

  3. Select Billing / Subscriptions 

  4. Follow the prompts to update your plan, payment method, or cancel

Go to Account Settings

Important: Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date, since payment processing begins ahead of schedule.
